1. Rights to the artwork belongs to the artist (@astralovas), who may use the image for social media posting, promotion, and examples for future commissions with permission from client.2. The artist may not claim ownership of the character(s) of the artwork. Personal use and rights to the character(s) of the work belongs to the client.3. Client must communicate if they intend to use the work commercially i.e. for profit and/or promotion. Commercial Use is double the price of each piece of artwork.4. Client must credit the artist by using Twitter/DeviantART/Carrd handles @astralovas when sharing the finished artwork.5. Client must pay at least half of final price before or during the sketch phase of the artwork. Payment plans are available.6. Payment method is Paypal only at the moment. Local currency is USD7. Revisions to the artwork in progress is free of charge. Client may request revisions after the exchange has been finalized for additional cost.8. Client work will be delivered on a first-come-first-serve basis. Client can expect to wait for 1-3 weeks multiplied by their spot on the orders list. For example, client was the third person to place an order for the ongoing batch. They may expect to wait about 1-3 weeks x2 before artist contacts them about the details of their order.10. Client may cancel their order before or during the sketching phase, whether it be due to financial, personal reasons, etc. Client may be half to fully refunded depending on the existing progress of the order, or simply taken off the to-do list.11. Artist may reject a client's order if they feel the character/subject is not best fitting for the art style, or would not yield a satisfcatory result. Client is more than welcome to discuss with the artist about relating details, or request different subjects.12. Use of the artwork in any form of NFT or blockchain technology is strictly prohibited and considered theft of intellectual property. Please also report to the artist if this occurs without the client's notice so that the issue may be resolved.13. Furthermore, artist reserves the right to turn down any request that involves a character created by AI technology or anything in relation to AI. Artist disallows the use of artwork to be used in any relation to AI technology.
